Provide details such as origin and destination cities/states, freight type/description, weight, dimensions, any accessorial needs (e.g., liftgate or inside delivery), and preferred pickup/delivery windows. What is your process for scheduling a pickup and tracking shipments?
Once we agree on rates and terms, we coordinate pickup directly with your location or warehouse. Our dispatch team is available to handle scheduling efficiently, often with same-day or next-day options depending on capacity. We provide real-time tracking via GPS and you can monitor your freight load and unload on camera. We can give estimated time of arrival (ETA), and proof of delivery upon completion. Safety and on-time performance are our top priorities for every interstate load.
Are you fully licensed, insured, and compliant for interstate freight?
Yes — we are fully authorized by the FMCSA with active interstate operating authority, a USDOT number, and proper MC authority for for-hire transportation. We maintain required liability and cargo insurance coverage, comply with all federal regulations (including hours-of-service rules and safety standards), and carry comprehensive insurance to protect your freight.
